We know how important and life-changing hearing aids are and we
know you want to enjoy yours with complete peace of mind. That’s why we
created the Boots Hear Care Insurance Plan, so you can feel confident that
you’re covered in unexpected situations – like loss, theft or damage.
While your policy will cover you for 4 years, it’s up to you how you make your payments.
You can choose between an annual direct debit or make a one-off payment for the full 4 years

or talk to your Hearing Aid Audiologist or Hearing Health Practitioner in-store today
Call 0345 202 7092* to book an appointment with a member of your Hearingcare team, then pop into store to complete your claim.
With no restrictions on the number of times you can make a claim for a repair, and no increase in policy premiums in the event of a claim for a repair or a replacement.
So you won't have to worry about gaps in your cover where you have opted to pay annually via Direct Debit.
As well as insurance, our hearing aids also come with a warranty, giving you that extra protection. Our Premium range comes with a 4-year manufacturer’s warranty, while our Essentials range typically comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. Upon purchasing insurance for an Essentials product an additional 2-year Boots warranty is included within the price of insurance. That means you’ll enjoy a 4-year warranty and insurance coverage on any of our hearing aids.
Some home insurance policies offer cover for your hearing aid(s) – but because there can be limitations on what’s covered, it’s worth checking with your provider.
†See the Insurance Product Information Document for details of any charges and/or restrictions, or ask your Hearingcare team for a copy of our full terms and conditions
*Local call rates apply, mobiles may vary.
††Cover can be arranged if the hearing aid is less than 12 months old and the customer has attended a hearing aid appointment in the last 2 months
