If your complaint relates to your finance agreement

If your concern involves the finance linked to your purchase, please inform us. We will promptly forward your complaint to Novuna (previously Hitachi Capital), your credit provider. Novuna will acknowledge your complaint and conduct a thorough investigation, aiming to respond within eight weeks.

What to do if you can't reach an agreement

If you remain dissatisfied with Novuna’s response regarding the finance agreement, you may have the option to escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You must contact them within six months of receiving Novuna’s final response.
