Ear Wax Removal Booking

We're excited to offer you a convenient and seamless way to book your next waxing session. While we aim to provide this service at all our locations, please note that not every store currently offers ear wax removal service. For your convenience, we’ve listed below all the stores that do. We look forward to helping you achieve smooth, beautiful skin with ease.

Before you book

Have you used any treatments to try to soften or remove the wax by using a product like like Earol or Audinell?

If not, you’ll typically need to use a product like this daily for 5-7days BEFORE your appointment date. If the ear wax is too dry and deep in the canal then we may not be able to remove it and may have to ask you to rebook.

Do you have a known perforation or routinely see ENT for ear care?

If you have a known perforated ear drum or normally require ENT specialist earcare, we are sorry but our guidelines mean we cannot see you currently in a Boots Store for wax removal. Please contact your GP or ENT service for advice.

Meeting us for the first time?

For customers new to Boots Hearingcare we include a hearing screening during the wax removal appointment provided your ear can be cleared, giving you peace of mind knowing about your ear & hearing health.
