Purchased my hearing aids in May 2021, since then I have been back 26 times and have another appointment booked, I’ve had constant issues, blue tooth picking up a taxi rank, muffled voices, cannot hear people sat next to me or in the same room (and no they are not whispering) I didn’t realise in the beginning there was a 90 day money back as what’s promoted more is the up to 4 years warranty, I was a month out of the 90 days when I requested my money back, paying over £2,000 isn’t a cheap deal. I know of someone personally is having the same issues, and waiting last week for my appt sat talking to a customer who’d come back for his 6th time he’s only had a few months, said his wife gets cross as he’s always having to ask her to repeat, and same as me doesn’t like being out in comparison as it’s a complete nightmare, my advice stay away from Boots, one other issue the hearing booth isn’t sound proof you can hear people above and staff on the outside with their trolleys and talking.
