Boots Hearingcare Rustington

I popped into the branch a few weeks ago to book an ear impression for work and firstly, the staff member had no idea what I was talking about and even when I showed her the email and voucher saying I could book there, all she says was to call the help centre. I managed to book an appointment for today at 9am. At 8.25am, I received a text apologising that they've had to cancel the appointment. Luckily, I was about to get in the car to drive to Rustington. If I had had to pay for either a bus or train fare, I would be absolutely annoyed for receiving such a late notification. I doubt that boots would have refunded me if that had been the case. I was asked to reschedule the appointment about all the hearing sensors locally to me are unavailable and so I have therefore got to wait for the customer service team to call me. I have now received another text apologising yes again for cancelling the appointment but the text was at 9.35 a.m. A bit too late. Hopefully, once I do get an appointment I may well be able to amend my star rating. To be honest, I'm not that impressed.

Pharmacy staff are excellent and always happy to help.
