The advisor was ok and friendly, I think she knew her stuff. I have had this hearing aid since Sept 2022. I have gone back about 5 times about the issues with aid, at one point it was sent back because it was faulty and I was still paying. I was told I will call you when its rreturned to the store but no phone call. 3 weeks later I contacted customer service to say, what is happening no email, no phone call. The person on the other end of the line said, sorry but it has been waiting for you at the reception, I was like no one said not even a phone call to say that, I did express that I wasn't happy as I am still paying for the device. I then had to make a other appointment and went in and discuss with "M" that I wasn't happy and I am paying for something I didn't have. She did say I should contact customer service and inform them to see if they could refund the month I didnt have it. I didnt because I knew it wouldn't make a difference. From the time I had this device it still isn't allowing me to hear properly. I had an appointment booked to go in and sort it, but got an email to say it was rescheduled.
I then went in last week and saw another person, who tried to help me by restarting my right ear and check my ear as well. I was told it has gone a bit worst.
I then had it reset and I told her I couldn't her her properly, she said she had adjusted it but there was no difference since I left. I have been having issues with this aid and I need this sorted or changed but no one has been supporting me to have my hearing aid working, I am struggling without it might as well leave it at home. Not a good experience at all.
