I went with my husband for him to have a hearing test for new hearing aids. Maariyah was lovely she was friendly and took the time to explain what she was doing during the test. She explained everything to him in an easy and professional manner. He was very pleased with the his appointment, and we will be going back in a couple of weeks for a follow up to see how he’s doing. Thank you Maariyah for all your help.

I purchased my hearing aids from another Boots branch late 2023, I was never happy with them, despite being told that I would need to get used to them, it came to the stage that I stopped wearing them. When the annual review was due, I decided to give it one last shot and spent quite some time ringing round different branches and asking if they could "sort " me out, I rang the Uttoxetter branch and spoke to the manager he was very friendly and helpful, I decided to make the appointment at that branch based on his recommendation, On arrival, I had a "warm feeling" about the branch overall, then when I went in to the consulting room, I was really impressed with Maariyah, she immediately put me at ease, when she asked me what problems I was having, I began to read off my list (12 items) and she listened patiently and told me that she would be able to sort them all, she spent some time "reprogramming, my hearing aids and there was a very noticeable difference after she had done this, she also said that if I'm not happy with them in a "restaurant/pub" situation ( which was one of my issues) she could fit some sort of attachment to the aids to fix it, but to give it a try first, I have taken back to wearing my hearing aids again and am currently pleased with their performance, I have yet to test them in a restaurant or pub, but I am confident that they'll be fine, however if not, I will contact the branch as advised. I would have no hesitation in recommending Boots Uttoxetter and Maariyah in particular, her manner and "customer handling skills" are second to none

Friendly and helpful

The one to one service was fantastic. MAARIYAH the hearing expert was such a pleasure to meet. She knows her business inside out and I'm sure if I have any problems she will be there to sort it. Can't give enough praise to Boots Hearing and Maariyah.

Maariyah was very professional and helpful. She courteous and respectful re my age and limitations. She took the time to explain the things that were needed to maintain my hearing aids in optimal condition and enhance my hearing. A really positive experience.
