Staff were excellent especially qaasim. He made me feel confident and comfortable and encouraged me to wear hearing aids Did not realise how bad my hearing was and what I was missing out on

He was very helpful and patient. Answered all questions confidently. Smart and well mannered.

On the advice of Qaasim I used ear drops and had ear syringed, with no improvement so i returned to boots and managed to get an appointment the same day. Qassim adjusted my hearing aids which was a massive improvement. Qassim was very helpful and made me feel at ease. I hope that I will be able to see him next time

Appointment started on time. Excellent explanation of the testing/diagnosis process. Clear recommendations for the range of aids available. Allowed a 15 minute walk around shops and outdoor area to experience various noise situations whilst wearing the chosen aids.
