I saw Beth in folkestone boot's, she's so friendly and helpful and guided me through the whole experience of my hearing test, and I was impressed with the fact there was no hard sale tactics, I chose my aids myself and happily went for the top of the range. very impressed with Beth.

Beth was very kind and patient. She was very good at explaining the hearing test process, the results and answered all of my queries. She was very good at explaining the options available to me and was able to help with my specific needs.

I phoned to cancel an opticians appt and they did it for me no problem .....no worries for me!!

Clean ,tidy, and punctual . Good equipment, thorough examination and excellent audiologist who explained everything very clearly.

Right hearing aid stopped working after only a few days and wouldn’t hold charge. All returned to manufacturer for replacement. Audiologist was very helpful but even he couldn’t fix it. At over £3000, this unreliability is appalling.

It is never easy admitting to yourself that it’s that time and to preserve peace in the household have a hearing test knowing full well the outcome. I need not have worried Garry Jackson the audiologist was a pleasure to deal with, he was empathetic, personable and extremely knowledgeable. Garry explained each step of the various tests giving detailed easy to understand information on the results. My hearing had deteriorated to such an extent that hearing aids were now a necessity, Garry explained in detail the types and pros and cons of each, I was never put under any pressure to purchase. I decided to purchase a set of Phonak Life 90 hearing aids which Garry setup for me. I can now hear the birdsong again. I received an excellent service and can highly recommend Boots Hearing Service.

Gary my hearing consultant in Boots Folkestone was so very througher and explained everything really clearly. He then listened to je about what I wanted and he was able to deliver. So a very good experience.

After an intial hearing test, returned for a full test. Politely received and booked in. The Audiologist was excellent. Fully explained the procedures that were to follow and to how they would be completed. Tests were done in a warm, friendly manner. Upon completion, explained the results in lay-man's terms. Advised of the aids that were available together with prices. No hard sell and only advised the benefits of each model. Demonstrated with the model I had picked so I could feel the aid in place. Left in a very confident mood, having been given a totally First Class Service.

It was easy to book. Gary made me be at ease and all so painless. Being able to try one on as well, was extremely helpful. There was no pushing , it was left for me to think and decide.

Terrible service here, they couldn't even be bothered to look up my Mum's hearing aid so I could get her some earwax protection for it. The girls answer when I queried this was “I only do what I'm told” Luckily when I phoned their 0345 number I got someone who was as helpful as they were bad.
