Boots Hearingcare Chatham

I have yet to pick up my hearing aids from Boots, but the customer service I have experienced thus far has been exemplary.

Friendly, polite, caring & thorough hearing test

Stephen the Audiologist was very patient and helpful in explaining the tests, and what aids would suit me best, and what options we had with reference to payment.

Spot on well recommend

Steve Hall that gave me my test and he did not insist on what hearing aid I need.

Stephen at Chatham Boots was brilliant, very patient and informative. I had my hearing loss explained to me and my new hearing aid is Fantastic. Will be going to Boots for my glasses as well.

Alround good experience shocked by th cost though

The audiologist explained everything fully and answered my questions and gave me the choices of the different hearing aids. He explained the finer points of each one. I have only paid a deposit so far and will be picking my Phonak hearing aids up next week

Great service, went in to detail about hearing loss how the ear works, different reasons for hearing loss, And when it came to choosing my hearing aid very helpful, explained fully the difference in the range, would definitely recommend

Audiologist very friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy. I now have hearing aids that I am getting used to and it has made a great deal of difference.

The service was great, the gentleman that saw my mum was very good and patient as she’s not so mobile these days but he didn’t rush her at all . The only complaint is that it was so cold in the waiting room which only lead my mum to seize up a little bit more . But the staff were brilliant xxx

The hearing expert Kechi was very good indeed and offered very good advice. My hearing aids are to be fitted next week. Super service and professionalism.

Booked a hearing test no hastle

I just attended my long - postponed (my fault) hearing review at Boots, Chatham. I had a hearing test and my aids were adjusted. As I hadn't been for 5 years, there was a significant change and what a difference the adjustment has made! Aside from that, I just wanted to record the excellent service given by the audiologist, Cynthia Ealuri. What a warm, caring and approachable professional she is. I felt as if I'd known her for ever! She made me feel that I was the most important patient she had ever seen and that my welfare was her only concern. Please Boots, Chatham, do not let this lady go, I really hope she will be there for my next check-up. Thank you Cynthia ❤️
