Hearing test process starts with screen followed by fuller test. I had an initial appointment which audiologist Jeanie Fong was able to adjust while I was there to both tests with just time for a coffee between them! She has a fabulous engaging friendly manner and a very inquisitive and careful approach to testing.

The audiologist Georgia was very detailed in explaining everything and very helpful with any questions I asked. I had a couple of issues with the hearing aids and she dealt with them professionally and efficiently. 10 out of 10 for everything

Excellent staff

The charger was not sent with the hearing aids so had to wait a extra week then the appointment was cancelled then the right aid stopped working so had to go back then the left aid doesn't charge enough so they have to go back so that is another 2 weeks with out my aids and I have paid for them already

Staff at the Hempstead Valley branch were polite and professional. My appointment was for an hearing assessment which I found was pretty good. Geogia performed the hearing assessment and gave me all the options available. I personally found this experience very good, I would recommend this service to anyone.

I was delayed due to a crash on the M2 - the staff were incredibly understanding and flexible . The test itself was a good mix of technical and practical advice. The audiologist was very professional but at the same time easy to talk to and happy to answer questions. I would definitely recommend.

After a thorough hearing test, it was explained that my hearing was progressively getting worse so the audiologist explained that it was time to consider having hearing aids. Kechi ran though the different types and differences between them. I felt that she explained them very well and a decision was made. 1 week later I have now started to wear them and I’m gradually starting to get use to hearing things much clearer. Hopefully I will get used to this and will improve my quality of life.

I had an appointment at Hempstead Valley with Sean on 4th Oct 24 for my annual hearing aid checks. I would like to say Sean was exceptionally polite, professional and very attentive. He spent a long time ensuring that my aids were correctly set up and the final result was that I can now hear better than I have for some time. The fit is really comfortable and the fact that, that evening, I was at a function where it was quite loud but I was able to listen to conversations around the table quite comfortably. Many thanks Sean, just nice to have someone with great customer facing skills. To Boots management, Sean should be congratulated on his manner, he is a credit to your company.

So disappointed to discover that my dad had the worst experience with boots hearingcare. The consultant could not be less interested in helping my dad. He claimed that there was a buildup of wax and recommended he head to Sittingbourne to get it sorted. He didn't want to book a follow up appointment, leaving my dad to seek somewhere else to help him! Rubbish service and will not be recommending!

Sean at Boots Hearing Care in the Sava Centre was so very helpful with everything from the hearing test, showing me my results which he went over everything explaining all the results. Made it very clear what I could and couldn’t hear. He allowed me to hear through hearing aids he adjusted to my prescription which was so wonderful to hear the parts I am missing. He really did a grand job hence the reason I am buying the hearing aids from Boots.
