Exceptional service yet again today from very professional staff with a high customer service focus. Issues resolved effectively without fuss. Cannot speak highly enough about the staff and their knowledge and expertise.

As far as I am concerned they have tried to be helpful but It is up to me to get the right fitting to each ear. I have found out that one ear hole is narrower than the other. I have sometimes found that the changeover times can be quite challenging.

No professionalism at all. Made an appoitment for a Saturday that was cancelled without telling me until I arrived. Booked another appointment for the following Saturday only to be e-mailed days later to say that had been cancelled as well. No explanation, no alternative appointment offered, just an e-mail asking me to contact them again. 24/5/25 Addition. Thanks Boots for the confirmation of my appointment for the 19th of May. (which you cancelled) I received it this morning in the post. Need I say more. 😆

The actual appointment was amazing and life-transforming for my elderly mother-in-law. 10 stars to the audiology team who were welcoming, helpful, and professional. The booking process was dreadfull, no stars to your website/website design - There is no method of moving or cancelling appointments that have been booked on-line other than making a call (doh, it's an online system, right?) - the booking process makes no attempt to triage appointments so we ended up with a simple hearing test where a longer appointment was needed - rather obvious to you given her age, but not obvious to me as the user of your system - in fact the system says to allow 45 minutes for the appointment, which have me the impression that it was - err - a 45 minute appointment and a full test - but on the audiologists system it was booked as a 10 minute appointment. Very disappointing as it's quite a performance getting my 95 year old M-in-law to your shop. - even though I eventually spoke to several of your colleagues over the phone, none of them asked me any obvious questions such as - does she already have a hearing aid - which would have helped you plan. Dreadful design. Get your money back from whoever project managed this.

Had a problem with my hearing aid yesterday and visited Boots Hearing in Chelmsford. They resolved the issue within 5 minutes! They always provide such excellent and helpful service!

From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect , kindness, and explanation of how they could help me. Nothing was to much.

I suspected I needed hearing aids and the fifteen minute appointment confirmed it, leading to a more detailed test. I didn’t feel pressured and was allowed to wear them round the town in a real world situation before making a decision. Pricing was clear and up front, and related to need.

Friendly staff, explained everything in layman’s terms and couldn’t be more helpful. Only shock was the cost of the hearing aids!

Excellent hearing assessment and explanation of capabilities of recommended hearing aids. Boots are quite a bit pricier than competitors for the same product, but I suspect the skill levels of the audiology technicians is superior.

I was well received at Reception at Boots, Chelmsford..I thought the Audiologist was extremely thorough and helpful. I realise that your staff probably 'push' the more expensive brands, but on my case, I thought that was fair enough. I explained I could not afford £3,000, and the Audiologist was still very helpful at choosing something reasonably suitable for my level of hearing, but still just about affordable.He also gave me some helpful tips about using my own NHS Hearing Aid. A good experuence

Have got new hearing aids on trial. Today I had an appointment to see how I am getting on with them. I saw Jo, she was so good, very knowledgable. Very nice person. She sorted out my phone, so I can hear directly into my hearing aids. Also a couple of other things she sorted out for me. Excellent service.

I have just picked up some new hearing aids. Jonathan was excellent. He answered all my questions. Very confident and knowledgable about hearing loss. I liked the fact he waited until you had hearing aids in, then spoke to you. He also e mailed me about appointments, which when you cannot hear on the phone was an added bonus. All in all excellent service. Also I would like to mention the two young men on reception, also excellent service from them. Well worth 5 stars.

Communication was thorough, Jonathan explained every part of the process well and encouraged me to continually ask questions, which he answered fully. The whole experience was very comfortable.

From my initial appointment for hearing test and to my subsequent collection of hearing aids I couldn’t ask for better treatment.Not only was the receptionist very polite and friendly but the Audiologist was outstanding in the way that he described what would be best for my hearing (no hard sales talk).On collecting my hearing aids the Audiologist was very thorough in going through the description of what the aids could do and she was very helpful to the questions I had .So far so good 😊.

From the very start of the process Neill was very helpful and clear and listened to my needs . I was not rushed at any point and had a number of appointments in assisting me to get used to the hearing aids. He gave me the necessary confidence to adjust to hearing again. As a bird watcher I can now hear all the bird calls clearly.
