Copied from Boots website: "In compliance with the WEEE (Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment) Regulations, all physical electrical and electronic retailers are obliged to accept consumers’ old electricals in-store for recycling, on a like-for-like basis." I tried to do this in the store. They won't accept old items. They will come up with every excuse. Honestly why bother?
