Sold the wrong product suitable for the environment I work in, arranged and ordered a replacement product which I was told would be in ready for fitting in a week to ten days, my appointment was booked for 3 weeks later to allow for delivery and audiologist availability only to get text messages, emails and phone calls cancelling my appointment and rescheduling for a further ten days later, not a very customer focused service which they expect you to pay an exorbitant amount for

I was given an extensive hearing test which highlighted my 'weaknesses'. After it, I was offered the various options from basic to 'expensive'. I was not given a hard sell and felt no pressure to go either way or even make an instant decision. After I made a decision, I returned to pick up a set of aids and was given a comprehensive guide as to using them - only spoilt by my forgetting to bring in my phone to make the links to it to control my aids. However I made them fairly easily and not really had any major problems since - apart from having to ask people to stop shouting at me and remembering how to turn the TV subtitles off!!

The lady I saw was excellent: empathetic, knowledgeable, informative, not pushy which all made me feel safe and understood. Thank you!

So far so good . New hearing aids not arrived as yet but won’t be long. Sophy was very professional and a nice, easy to chat with person.

The Audiologist was very professional, explained everything clearly and patiently, approachable and friendly manner, with great attention to detail. As a result, when I left the office wearing my new hearing aids I felt confident about wearing them, knowing that if I experienced any problems I could seek his help by telephoning the department. Also reassuring to have another appointment in a few weeks time when any issues experienced can be addressed.

I had a full hearing test here which was conducted by a very preofessioal and Knowledgable audiologist. With no sense of sales pressure, it was clear from the test that I have hearing loss and I decided to go ahead with hearing aids. Subsequently, I was supplied with some excellent rechargeable aids and, after a month or two, am becoming used to them. I am very pleased I chose Boots, not only because of their well-trained staff but also, with a central records system, one can call into a different branch of Boots and they can immediately call up the details of my hearing and the aids I'm using. I notice a very negative Google review on this branch. All I can say is that my experience is totally positive and I wonder if the other reviewer is really typical.

Absolutely useless. Told me I had nothing wrong with my hearing when I needed two hearing aids. Suffered because of these people.
