Happy with my introduction to Boots hearing aids. After my test showed some help was needed I was guided very comprehensively through the stages by Tanvi. She was very thorough and took time Ito make sure I understood everything.

My appointments with Tami were very informative and that enabled me to make the right decision. The appointments were always on time and I was always informed of any charges by email. I also receive weekly emails giving me helpful information on how to get used my new hearing aids. I have had excellent service I would thoroughly recommend Boots

Great audiologist very patient and helpful. However not sure about set up of HAs on Bluetooth as they keeping dropping off even though they are set to automatic pick up!

Visit to Boots The young lady we saw demonstrated the hearing aids in a constructive way which I found very helpful; and while this was not possible I would have liked to gone home with them.

The hearing specialist was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me. I had been going to go down the NHS route, but signed up for hearing aids at Boots instead.

I took my wife along for my hearing aid tests on 24/March as advised and we both feel everything was explained thoroughly, we didnt have to rush very calm atmosphere. The Audiologist on this day was very professional and made sure I was satisfied with everything, It was a very pleasant experience

I have had the most horrendous experience with Boots. I recently spent almost £4000 on their top-range hearing aids. Sadly, one of them came apart and needed to be repaired. Three weeks later, after staff in the branch lied to me, they were finally sent to Wales for repair. When I phone Wales to find out what is happening I get blasted with the most horrendous noise down the phone. You may wait a LONG time. The service is appalling.

Very good service throughout the procedure. I was very impressed by the way that Talli did so much to ensure everything was correct with the hearing aids, and ensured that the accessory was functioning correctly, because there was a problem with it recognising the aids. This took quite some time, but she finally managed to sort it out. Great service, and I really appreciated her thoroughness.

Love boots but I live right next to boots and the only thing that's bothering me is the guy with the beard who does the bins he keeps banging every 5 minutes with it and he is quite aggressive and hard handling with it and I have autism and got really sensitive hearing and I don't like loud, unexpected noises.

Booked 3 appointments on line all cancelled then phone call from store all appointments were not available on Monday even though on line they were offered. Poor customer service here
