fantastic staff.fantastic service every time.vey helpful with my wife who's having eye problems.

after 15 minutes of answerphone and waiting on line, making several repeated calls I gave up. also one of the phone numbers on the web site is not available. Most annoying as I want audiology but calls automatically go through to optician section. Tried again over an hour later at 11.50. Same as before put through to opticians. Had same message - too busy to answer. How can I get through to AUDIOLOGY

A thorough Audiological assessment carried out in a professional, friendly way. Demonstration of the benefit I would obtain from bilateral hearing aids was convincing and a pair of Aids have been ordered with 2 weeks delivery on 3 months trial / no quibbles return at a fair price.

Although staff are very helpful the product I was sold is continually malfunctioning I'm back to square one but £3.000 out of pocket very disappointed

Excellent service explaining everything step by step

The audiologist is reassuring and welcoming. First time for hearing aids so it was a big step but the whole experience was excellent.

The optamoligist was very good . Friendly man , put Vivienne at ease . The experience was good she said and she didn't stress out . Thank you Tim .

I can't thank the audiologist enough for his kindness today - he really went the extra mile - I am on holiday in Gower, I have NHS hearing aids and one of them was blocked and I couldn't hear anything in through it. I asked if it was possible to have a cleaning wire - the audiologist not only gave me the wire but also cleaned both the tubes, checked the hearing aids were working and checked my ears where clear - what an absolute star, thank you so much.

Explanation of the test, why and how my hearing is affecting the quality of hearing people speak. Explanation of how new hearing aids can help improve clarity of speech, also a full explanation on the different aids that are available and the difference in price. Friendly and informative member of staff.
