Excellent. Jay on reception is charming and very accommodating to my change of time and my running late! Rodica who performed my hearing test was knowledgeable, professional and l but also kind and very open. She would put any nervous person at ease. They give you the paperwork as well showing your ears performance! Place is spotlessly clean. Overall fantastic and informative!;

Turned up five minutes early for appointment and was sent to wait. Forty minutes later I had to leave having not been seen and having had no explanation. Couldn't book again on app, as apparently I'd had the appointment!! Just poor.
