Bought a sophisticated hearing aids 2 years ago and for £2000 . They are now starting to go wrong. We visited the branch where we purchased the items and problems were not resolved and it was said there is no part exchange and the latest set would cost £3000!! Are we too assume that these items basically will cost £1000 per year. Very surprised and disappointed by this situation and will be taking our custom elsewhere.
