A lovely patient and understanding lady who was fabulous with my mum who has dementia

I have received excellent customer care from Boots Hearing care team based in Abergavenny Monmouthshire. The really good news is that Boots Hearing care team continue to support their customers as they adapt and adjust to wearing Hearing aids.

Excellent service, no waiting around, good choice of hearing aids, perfectly tuned by the audiologist to improve my hearing experience

Five star service. The audiologist was friendly, helpful, professional and thorough. After a hearing check with a different business I was told that hearing aids would do nothing for me. How wrong! They make the world of difference. The only small disappointment is that Boots insurance isn't currently available and it's been a nightmare to find affordable cover elsewhere.

Leanne was absolutely amazing at guiding me through the tests and explaining what my results meant for me. When it came to choosing my hearing aids, she was really helpful and it didn’t feel pushy at all. It felt like she really had my best interests at heart and wanted the best for me. I’m looking forward to going back for adjustments and check ups and being able to experience all the sounds that I’ve been missing!

Explained everything showed me everything and all the options also had a great test of my hearing Could not fault my experience

I was impressed with the equipment available and the thoroughness of the consultation. The Phonac hearing aids were a vast improvement on my Signia aids. They were very expensive and it may be better to charge for consultations and service and to charge less for the aids.

I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and went through a series of questions to assess my hearing difficulties I was kept informed at each stage of the hearing test making sure I was at ease at all times Hearing aids were then fitted and tuned into my needs with a few more question I received my hearing aids within one week was shown how to charge and fit them Overall a very pleasant and relaxed experience

I was put completely at my ease. After having a couple of appointments elsewhere, I was very confused and wanted some sensible advice. I was very happy with the audiologist and felt that the advice given was sensible and reassuring. I did not feel pressured into making a decision and am happy with what was recommended

Just purchased my latest set of hearing aids :- upgrading from initial battery type , to rechargeable , to now best digital Phonak and the support experience has been superb from the audiologist Leanne Andrews . I am so happy with the kit and the way they have been prepared and adjusted precisely for my needs

I believe it was down to the people and when I met Caragh Davies she made me feel at ease and was so helpful having arranged a follow up appointment a short time after my initial consultation 👍

Very helpful rook time to explain things

The appointment making was easy and the audiologist was on time, very pleasant and helpful. The follow up support appointment will hopefully be the opportunity to discuss any teething problems.So far, so good.

Depth of knowledge of the hearing professional providing advice assisted by the fact that she is a hearing aid wearer so understands customer needs

My initial experiences were on 20th, 23rd and 26th April. On each occasion my hearing aid audiologist, Caragh, welcomed me in a friendly manner and dealt with me, throughout, in a reassuring, calm and professional way. All my questions were answered and, in less than a week, I was provided with a pair of aids and received all the advice and encouragement I could have wanted. I have a few questions to pose at my next appointment but in the meantime the transformation in my ability to hear clearly was instant and transformational.

Excellent treatment from the staff who made it very easy to appreciate what they were doing and what it entailed

A great job was done. I got wax removed and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I was able to trial hearing aids for half an hour, which was useful. I’m glad of the 90 day trial so that I am sure they are everything I’m hoping. The interest free option made it possible for me to choose the ones that suited my requirements.

I made the appointment online with ease. Caragh the specialist called me in on time. The whole experience was smooth, plus I was spoken to with clarity explaining what was going to happen, I had some wax in the one ear while being examined and was asked to apply oil for a week. On my return the wax was removed with a suction tool that took about 10 seconds, painless and I thought safer than ear syringing with no mess. I am waiting for my hearing aids that I know are going to work as I was fitted with temporary ones and went for a coffee to see how I got on with them. I didn't realise what conversations I had been missing and could hear the birds singing again.. Am I glad I went to Boots? Yes I am. Great work thank you for giving me back the sounds I have forgotten where there.

Great lady, very very comfortable process

Leanne Andrews made the experience great. Her obvious ability sense of humor and skill made the visit totally worthwhile.I was abit of a skeptic but the result proved to me how much I needed the Aids

you take so much time and care to make sure every earing problem is examined and really try to solve them

I would like to compliment ‘Leanne’ the hearing care lady in the Abergavenny Boots store. I have been made to feel completely at ease and even though appointments were running a bit late, she was calm, took the time required for my appointment and is professional and nice.

Very good had a hearing test,It was a wonderful insight to hearing aids ,the person who done the test was so easy to talk to,she made you feel at ease.

Initial consultation first class, waiting for the actual hearing aid to arrive and hopefully changing my score to 5 Stars..

Really impressed with the level of service at the Abergavenny shop Expensive but a life changing with my hearing restored. It does take a while to get used to the new kit
