Boots Hearingcare Ashby De La Zouch

Visited Boots Hearingcare in Ashby today and saw the lovely Maariyah for my hearing aids. This is the third time I've seen this lovely young woman and every time she has made the whole appointment such a pleasure. Her professional and caring manner is outstanding and she is a credit to Boots and I can't vouch for her enough. Thank you very much Cheryl

Easy to arrange hearing test then to purchase suitable hearing aids.

Maariyah was very helpful and gave me advice which I felt was useful to me. She is very pleasant and spent time explaining everything carefully.

The service and attention to detail was great from helping to find the right Hearing Aid to the fitting.

I needed to know what the hearing aids were like that didn’t need batteries so they explained and showed me samples so I could then decide if I would like them. Very impressed so I bought them and I can go back to Boots if I have a problem.

What made my experience great???? Friendly, Informative & helpful staff. The same applies to the opticians at Coalville.

Hearing aids provided were not compatible- completely blocked my hearing. Now waiting for next visit on 30th this month to try a different kind of aid.
