Boots Hearingcare Broughton

No communication from them in over 2 years I have boots hearing aids and glasses. Fed up now have new hearing aids and glasses from someone else who treats me like a human being. Absolutely awful service Will not shop in there again for anything

I went broughton retail park to Boots for my hearing aids The lady who did my heating test was wonderful So professional and so helpful She made the whole experience so easy and I would recommend this store because of her professionalism

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, I had a thorough hearing test and the audiologist explained the pros and cons of the different hearing aids available and there was no pressure to buy

Zara was very helpful listened to the the problems I have with my hearing also acknowledged input from my Daughter explained her diagnosis and explained the options open to me well leaving me to decide on the final choice which best suited my circumstances.

Zara very professional and helpful , went through a full hearing test with me and explained the range of hearing aids that were available of which we chose the aide most suitable for me

Really helpful advice throughout each visit..made me feel relaxed and able to have a conversation with Zara rather than being talked down to. A very enjoyable visit with no worries. My thanks to all I met in the department.

Everything appeared to have been explained but as was first time been for hearing aid time will tell. Very patient and answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble to answer

After a deeply unpleasant incident in Boots Hearing care I did a subject access request (it's free, anyone can do it) and was horrified at what I discovered going back 3 years. On the written record, the audiology assistant had made jokes at my expense, referred to me as 'strange' and commented on my likes and dislikes unrelated to my hearing. It was clear to me that this is the culture of that particularly branch. If you aer thinking of going there, jus keep it in mind.

Because Zara was patient and helpful and it made my first experience of hearing aids that much easier and I am very pleased with the result.

B est hearing test ever from Boots, Hearing aids a great fit and have changed my life

Left a review on here, no contact from Boots. I have had one 45 minute check in 3 years. The service is shocking, I had a 45 minute check booked in, only to be told they had no record of it, then my wife booked another appointment, when the letter came it was for 15 mins. I am left frustrated yet again, is there a higher authority I can complain to.

Zara is absolutely amazing and I have been with her now for few years, before that I was with other providers but none were as great as Zara, efficient, very helpful and experienced to explain my hearing issues, always happy to help and care about my hearing loss.

Had an appointment booked for 21.05.24 for 45 mins On checking my diary I informed Boots that I couldn't make it. My wife went in store to book another appointment, I received an email with a new date but only for 15 mins. I am fed up with the service I have had over a few years, its one thing after another. This needs to go higher up to management level not acceptable at all.

Zara was absolutely amazing in helping me to understand everything regarding my hearing and what parts were lost. She was also very good at explaining the different types of hearing aids available and which would suit me and my budget best.

I have suffered with Tinnitus for many years. Since being fitted with my new hearing aids the noise has reduced significantly. I am delighted. The service and care I received was outstanding. I can hear things that I have not heard for years - it has made a great difference.

The full range of aids where not available to view. I felt I was sold hearing aids, rather than choosing them. This led me to change my order days later. Overall the experience was OK.

The lady was very understanding, very polite, and lovely. She was great with my Mum who is 86, and very deaf. Everything was explained clearly, my Mum felt wonderful coming out that she could finally come to family gatherings once again and feel part of it. Roll on Tuesday when she will be collecting her hearing aid which she tried, and that brought a very big smile to her face. Hopefully no more complaints from neighbors about the TV being too loud. Thank you for changing my Mum life for the best. Best wishes

Audiologist and wax removal services at Broughton are excellent. For 4 years I used the Phonak Audeo M which was really good but the New version of Phonak Audeo L-R/RT is amazing. The support at Broughton continues for customers after the long warranty period expires. Lovely people to deal with.

Some how I ended up with an appointment in Hull? I am tired out with it all. The answer maybe using pen and paper. Please someone help

A caring, professional consultation with plenty of time to discuss all options and the best way to address the hearing problem I have. Zara was kind and thoughtful whilst taking time to demonstrate the products.

The audiologist was friendly, thorough and professional, frequently asking me whether I had understood the procedure and if I had any further questions. I have just had my follow up fitting check and have another in a couple weeks and further appointments until I am completely satisfied. These are my first hearing aids and I can’t believe the difference they have made to me.

Given instructions on how to contact hearing care. Had one phone call which ended prematurely tried to log into my account, locked out doesn't recognise my email address. Boots don't do ear wax removal, NHS have stopped doing it. Anyone help

Still waiting to hear back from Broughton Hearing care after emails. Very poor customer service. Still had no hearing check since 2021

Poor customer service and communication, not had a test since since Dec 2021unless you don't have annual testing.
