Boots Hearingcare Basingstoke

I bought hearing aids from Boots a few years ago and yearly had support appointments. However, I am having massive problems trying to arrange one this year. I have had 7 appointments cancelled, with varying excuses why. I am a 78 year old woman and am feeling extremely let down and totally disappointed with the service. I can’t travel to distant Boots stores and need your support be able to visit my local one. I paid a lot of money for these hearing aids and was told I had a support service too, now because of this situation, I just don’t know what to do and really need help!!!!!

So far very good...only need to check if Boots price match other hearing add providers as the aids are more expensive buying through them HOWEVER the service is excellent, as is the back up and this added value off sets some of the difference in price

Everything was done very efficiently and explained well. The only thing thing that could be improved upon is to upgrade the air conditioning unit which is quite noisy.

My visit inspired me with confidence. My hearing tests were very thorough. Adam was extremely patient and very knowledgeable of the products on offer. I made selection from hearing aids after all features and options explained to me and am pleased with my purchase.

Very impressed by knowledgable and obviously experienced hearing specialist Mr Adam Lock. He took the trouble to patiently listen to my hearing problems and offer some useful advise . He thoroughly described the options and pricing without being pushy but with my interests at obtaining the best hearing aids available to me at a price acceptable to me. Now awaiting my first fitting .

Adam Lock is outstanding. He has long cared for my Mum, and her late Husband, and she is so grateful to him. He is kind, patient, speaks eloquently, and his diction is invaluable as she can hear him. He allays her fears, and makes her feel that she isn’t stupid. A brilliant outcome today, and very much appreciated by me also, to see the smile on her face when she could hear properly again. Many thanks Adam for your perseverance and expertise.

My experience was extremely professional, organised and timely on all occasions. I would definitely recommend Boots Hearingcare in Basingstoke. The systems used worked perfectly and I am extremely grateful for my new hearing aids. It will change my life because I can actually hear everything.

Collecting appointment day went very smoothly, everything explained questions answered in detail all unhurried, would recommend Boots Hearing Care unreservedly.

Don't bother!!! 4 months later 3 cancelled hearing tests!!! Went else where in the end!! Absolute poor customer service! Didn't even let me know my test was cancelled 3rd time!!! Arghhh
