I haven’t paid for, or received the hearing aids yet, but the service so far has been excellent. The audiologist, Betty, was first-rate; very knowledgeable and professional, but with a nice personality, and she allayed any concerns I may have had about wearing a hearing aid.

Really helpful, considerate and caring audiologist who undertook a detailed review of my current hearing issues, and what I hoped to gain from hearing aids, before undertaking a thorough hearing test. She clearly explained what types of aids were available, along with the advantages/disadvantages of each, and at no point was I under pressure to select any specific type. I felt really comfortable with the whole process.

I was not told that you don't get uour advanrage points till 3 months after you get your hesring aids i was dlooking forwsrd to get some nice e deals with my extra points The hearing perdon Kenny was evety heloful and talk me through evety thingsg he was d doing

I went in to get a whole new set of makeup. I was helped by Mia who was very friendly and helpful. I didn't know a lot about makeup and she explained how each product would look and how to apply it. She color matched my foundation and concealer and then helped me pick brushes as well as other items. She made me feel really at ease even though I didn't know a lot about makeup and I'm extremely happy with all the products I've purchased.

Jacob was extremely helpful and patient in taking me through both the hearing test and the process of trying and buying my first set of hearing aids. I was a bit nervous beforehand but Jacob explained each step and what I should expect to happen then showed me where the deficiencies in my hearing were and how the hearing aids could improve that. I was given good instruction on how to put in, clean & care for my hearing aids and have a follow up appt booked to check how I am getting on with them and if any adjustments are needed. Overall I was very impressed with the process and the level of service provided.

I am new to Boots Hearingcare as I previously had NHS hearing aids but decided to investigate another form of hearing aids. My only complaint is that it's not easy to get an appointment and the phone lines are always busy.

Kenny in Braehead has great product knowledge along with an engaging personality, and he could easily answer all my questions and made me feel totally comfortable that I was ordering the right product for me.

Jacob is absolutely excellent. He is incredibly knowledgeable and exceptionally good at his job. He is very patient, understanding and listens most carefully to any questions you may have. He makes sure that the customer is more than satisfied and I would not hesitate in highly recommending Boots Braehead Hearing Care.

Jacob was excellent, very patient and explained the testing clearly. When trying hearing aids after the test again the various models were fully explained, and advantages of the top of the range model. Very satisfied with the service, would recommend Boots hearing care.

I have had my hearing aids since 6/12/2022 and they have been returned 4 times because of faults on the left hearing aid also had to get the wires extended because they were to short . Then I had to go to the national office to get an appointment barehead branch because I could not get through to them so I had to make an appointment at braehead. When I got there I told them that my hearing aid for my left ear was not working and I asked him to get me a new set as I have only worn them about 4 days Now waiting for new set on 23/1/2023 although paid in full on the 06/12/2022 I strongly feel I should get some form of compensation for inconvenience that I have had to wait Mr Charles Mackenzie
