Excellent service. From the first hearing test through to the follow up sessions I have been guided through getting the right hearing aid and set up for me. They have transformed my audio world, they have made a huge difference to how I interact with it. My Audiologist (I'll cell her "V") is amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Boots!

24 April 2025 - Brentwood I had my second appointment with Vanessa. I cannot say enough about the high level of care I received. It is a little tough admitting you are becoming hard of hearing, so it makes such a difference when the person that looks after you really cares about your outcome. Vanessa was just perfect.

Very professional It makes a change someone giving free expert advice and not looking for a sale. Well done

I bought top of the range hearing aids from Boots because I was told there would be excellent after care and that if I needed help I would see someone easily. I requested to see someone as I had a problem in November 2024 and was given an appointment for the 11th December, this was cancelled and remade for the 7th January 2025, this was also cancelled and remade for the 21st January. Do not use Boots go elesewhere as their aftercare is non existent. I feel very disappointed and wasted my money

Made an appointment weeks ago and it was cancelled one day before and no one has contacted to explain why or to rearrange. No explanation given What kind of service is this. Disgusted

Vanessa was extremely helpful throughout the process. My only criticism is that she chose the most expensive model to demonstrate how an aid improves hearing.

I was really nervous about the appointment and the whole thing about getting a hearing aid but I need not have worried. Vanessa at the Brentwood branch was fantastic and put me at ease. Such helpful and informative service.

My annual hearing check today went very well. The hearing tech was updated with the latest firmware, cleaned, new domes attached along with filters. We chatted about any difficulties I was having and changes were made to my prescription accordingly. These changes have improved my hearing greatly with things being much clearer and my ability to hear people in crowded rooms much easier. Thank you Vanessa for being your usual friendly, attentive & professional self - I left the premises feeling very happy with my new hearing prescription.

Vanessa was so helpful and sorted out the right hearing aid for my husband. She was very patient with him as his hearing is terrible. He also has trouble processing some questions after having multiple mini strokes

Vanessa the audiologist was absolutely brilliant ! Made me feel relaxed , explained everything fully , she is friendly , very knowledgable about the various products and advised me of the best aids for my use . Nothing was too much trouble.

The audiologist that I have seen is brilliant. She listens to my concerns, especially when I had some allergy issues with my first pair of hearing aids and battery issues with another. I'm waiting for a replacement pair at the moment but on each visit, Vanessa has sorted out those problems with little fuss. Nothing seems too much trouble. Would recommend her services in a heartbeat.

Vanessa was excellent in explaining all to me …although it was a lot to absorb! Trialing the hearing sids for 20 minutes on the day was a real discovery for me …and sold them to me as my need is currently borderline. Vanessa is a real asset to Boots!

Not happy with information on the hearing aids

Vanessa was extremely helpful and compassionate in her approach to fitting my hearing aids. Her expertise was second to none and everything about the process was very efficient.

So helpful and made me feel at ease. Explained all the options which made choosing easier.

My 85 year old father was seen by Vanessa and she was very professional and knowledgeable resulting in a diagnosis and a section of a product which will help father greatly.I would recommend Boots hearinfcare.

What a fantastic visit to your hearing centre this morning. Myself and my gran were seen by the wonderful Vanessa who made us both feel really looked after during her consultation with us. She explained everything so clearly and had a terrific amount of patience with my gran-ma who can be quite difficult at times. The professionalism that this lady showed today was a credit to your hearing centre and I know that my gran is in safe hands when she visits her in two weeks to have the volume increased on her hearing aids. The aids themselves are expensive but the difference they will make to not only my grans life but to those around are so worth it. Thank you again Vanessa!!
