I had a thorough hearing test and the audiologist explained things very well. The only downside was when I went to have my hearing aids fitted I would have liked more time to practise putting them in. Consequently I did not feel confident inserting them properly.

I was not given any advice. I wanted to upgrade my in the ear hearing aid. I was shown a book, he pointed at the bronze range, with no information, I said perhaps the silver range wld be better, he then priced at £100 more than brochure price. And said it was a different company?? One of the aids is so big it is too uncomfortable to wear& no Bluetooth, no volume control & no rechargeable batteries, which I thought I was getting. I have responded to the Boots request below and have given my contact details and a more information regarding my complaints/issues. Awaiting their response. Still waiting!!

One of my hearing aids stopped working. I phoned the company and the lady who answered the phone tried to help deal with the problem over the phone. When that couldn’t be done she booked me in for a same day appointment at my local store. This has always been the case when we’ve had to ring, they are always so helpful.
