Just wonderful service from start to finish. The first initial check more thorough than other places I had been. Put at ease right away. Everything explained simply. Extremely friendly staff. So glad I finally went to get set up with hearing aids. Already noticing massive change after having them a few days.

Unable to issue private prescription

Appalling experience at Boots St James Quarter today, as a customer of Boots for over 15 years I have never seen staff with such bad manners and no motivation to assist. This happened with me simply trying on testers for one of the workers (long curly hair with mask) to approach me and snatch the testers out of my hand and start making rude comments (bare in mind i had asked a few workers for help and all of them left me to do the testing on my own).Its a shame to see this in such a great store as Boots but will opt to shop with lovely staff in H Beauty and John Lewis.

I was in the shop today and I was very unsure what product and colour to choose to much my skin and I was approached by a lovely girl named Mary who was absolutely amazing. She has helped me to get the right product and also took the time to get me what I need it. A huge thank you to her. We are so lucky to have people like you ❤

Absolutely amazing staff, Ally and Mackay (apologies if spelt wrong) were outstanding in helping me choose makeup and really took their time to explain and went above and beyond for me. Seriously would recommend and will definitely return!

I visited Daniel at this branch in August and I honestly can't praise the service I've received highly enough. This was the first time I've ever tried hearing aids outside of the NHS and I was a little apprehensive about the levels of expertise and care I might expect. However, Daniel's knowledge has been invaluable in helping me find and fit my new hearing aids. I had an issue with how my hearing aids were behaving in certain environments, but Daniel's efforts were tireless in finding a solution to the issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this branch to somebody looking to get a new pair of hearing aids.

Still having a few teething problems due to the multrees walk branch been transferred to this one. I get a monthly prescription from here and I'm supposed to get a text to say when it's ready to be picked up, but more often than not I have to ring up to see if it's ready. Hopefully its just because it's still a fairly new store. Will amend my rating if things improve EDIT: sadly things didn't improve, more often than not they messed up my prescription and tried to blame the doctors but when I phoned my GP half the time boots hadn't even requested my prescription, I can understand mistakes happen but not every single time. Thankfully I've moved GPs and use a different chemist now who actually order the prescription. They tried to blame COVID for their short falls but that excuse is wearing pretty thin now, especially when all they needed to do was do it electronically. They mess with people's medication, I dread to think if it was someone with worse conditions than me. Be very wary using this chemist and always ask, ask and ask again if things have been done properly.

Thanks to Morgan for helping me out at the Fenty makeup counter, so friendly, patient and helpful when finding different shades for me to try out (safely with cotton buds). Couldn’t of done it without you also so happy this new Boots has a Fenty counter as that’s my fave brand.
