I contacted Boots Hearing care Barnstaple as my hearing aid was broken. I saw John Mackenzie who was courteous, polite and extremely helpful. In 10 minutes he had repaired them but also explained my options for buying a replacement in the future. Thank you John.

The audiologist was excellent. He took his time to explain everything and to talk through the issues with my mother's hearing. He explained very well what the hearing aids could improve and what they would not be able to fix. This was useful when we came to make a decision. It is helpful to have all the facts and to feel that we can make an informed choice rather than being pressured by a sales pitch.

I attended an appointment and had a thorough test the lady doing the test was very helpful and approachable. The only problem was the cost of the hearing aids I think for pensioners they are too expensive
