Helpful and friendly staff, clear instructions, understanding of difficulties and a very pleasant experience overall.

Helpful, knowledgeable hearing tester who explained each part of the tests clearly.

Every step of the hearing test and the pros and cons of different hearing aids were fully explained. I feel confident in using my newly acquired hearing aids and know where to go to for advice should I need it.

I’ve just seen Noori again👌🏻👌🏻 Honestly, This young lady is so kind, patient n caring and her efficiency is absolutely excellent!!! She is such a ‘people’ person who is such a credit to ‘Boots’ I’m so pleased she is my audiologist n hope she will always be at the Bedford Boots….🤞🏻🤞🏻

I wanted to email to share my praise for the impeccable level of customer service that Mahnoor provided to me today at my hearing appointment. The care and time that Mahnoor took today was truly appreciated. She explained everything in so much detail. Honestly the way she explained everything was so helpful and the first time anyone has actually taken the time to do so. I was comfortable and all my questions were clearly answered. Please can this feedback be shared with the senior management at the Bedford, Boots hearing centre in the store and the store management as she really deserves recognition for the empathy can care she has for customers. I am pleased to say I'll be getting a new pair of hearing aids on Friday and thanks to Mahnoor and her help I'll be more confident again

Boots do the best hearing test I have ever had.

Had an appointment at Harpur Centre Bedford for which I had to wait two weeks. Turned up at 8:55 and it was shut so went off to use the gents quickly. Got back and registered for my appointment and was asked to sit down. The guy came out and said I was 8 mins late for my appointment so he’d decided to see the next patient early and I would have to re-book. I left and came straight back and pointed out to the receptionist that if he’d given away my 9:00 am slot then the 9:15 slot must therefore be free. After a great deal of discussion they agreed. However, he seemed intent on sending me away without testing me claiming I had too much ear wax. I didn’t believe him. I don’t pay a premium for private treatment to be messed around. I’m also cancelling my Boots eyecare and contact lense subscription.

I was set at ease immediately prior to my hearing test. The test itself was explained and carried out very well, and I was very comfortable with the entire process.

The audiologist put me at my ease, explaining all the tests and choices very clearly. She was very warm and friendly. The only issue is why I have to wait two weeks for my hearing aids.

My audio advisor -Noori-was extremely knowledgeable and polite. She was helpful and caring throughout the tests, which put me at ease. The whole experience was excellent.

Contrary to my fears, having confirmation that I've reached the stage of requiring hearing aids was a positive experience. While highly professional, every step of the process was empathetic and caring and overlaid with a lovely sense of humour that left me in no doubt that wearing hearing aids is not the end of life as I know it. All very encouraging and affirming! I also know that any issues I may experience with the hearing aids will be swiftly and efficiently delt with.

I was amazed at the professional service that was given to me as its the first hearing aid that I have had mahnoor saleem was so patient and I was with my daughter at all times and she explained everything not only to me but to my daughter as well getting me used to having it in my ear it was very satisfying experience I have to go back in 2 weeks to see if its okay well done to mahnoor and to boots thank you

Very good service on all appointments,The only problem was when Noori had her flight cancelled back from holiday, and the appointment was cancelled,e.mail went in to my junk mail and i did not see it,but in the positive side she got us another appointment for the following day.My first appointment was on the 5th jan.
