If your complaint relates to your finance agreement
If your concern is about the finance linked to your purchase, please let us know. We’ll forward your complaint directly to Novuna (previously Hitachi Capital), your credit provider.
Novuna will:
• Acknowledge your complaint,
• Carry out a full investigation
• Aim to respond within eight weeks
If you’re not satisfied with Novuna’s response
If you’re unhappy with the outcome, you may be able to escalate your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). You must contact them within six months of receiving Novuna’s final response.
