Call 0345 202 7092* to book an appointment with a member of your Hearingcare team, then pop into store to complete your claim.	With no restrictions on the number of times you can make a claim for a repair, and no increase in policy premiums in the event of a claim for a repair or a replacement.

As well as insurance, our hearing aids also come with a warranty, giving you that extra protection. Our Premium range comes with a 4-year manufacturer’s warranty, while our Essentials range typically comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. Upon purchasing insurance for an Essentials product an additional 2-year Boots warranty is included within the price of insurance. That means you’ll enjoy a 4-year warranty and insurance coverage on any of our hearing aids.
