To ensure you get the most from your hearing aids our service includes hearing aid fitting, comprehensive follow-ups and ongoing support, at no extra cost.

Hearing care delivered by qualified professionals

Hearing tests and the 'prescribing' and fitting of hearing aids is regulated by the Health Professions Council (HPC) who set high standards of training, development and professional conduct for all healthcare practitioners.

All Boots hearingcare Hearing Aid Audiologists are registered with the HPC, all hold the relevant qualifications and are part of a continuous professional development programme which ensures they are always fully up to date in technical developments, knowledge and expertise.

The service model and patient care offered by Boots hearingcare has been approved by many NHS Trusts across the country with whom we work in partnership. Boots hearingcare is also actively engaged with the NHS in developing new national quality standards.  A team of professionally qualified auditors conduct regular quality clinical audits on a sample of client records from all Boots Hearing Aid Audiologists to ensure high standards are maintained.
